Cross Country

Welcome to the 2018 Cross Country Season

Coach Tatnall and Casillas welcomes you to Cross Country at Rancho Dominguez.

I would like to openly invite all students to participate, regardless of your fitness level. Running is for everyone. We will train so you can become your best.

Come and experience the joy of running. 

Healthy Body equals Healthy Mind

Drink plenty of Water!!!

 Take your body weight and divide it by 2. Example: 150 lbs. / 2 = 75 lbs. 

Then, you would need to be drinking at least 75 ounces of water each day.

 

You also need to be eating several small meals each day.

Breakfast is the most important meal.

Follow breakfast with healthy food every 2 to 3 hours.

Run hard,

Run fast,

Run smart,

XC Club Meeting

First Wednesday in August

Room D316 during lunch. Bring your lunch with you and eat with your teammates.

We will be discussing our participation in Invitationals.
